SHIPPING

Please be mindful that due to the current global situation of Covid-19, the postal services are experiencing high volumes. Shipments may experience some postal delays which are out of our control.  

Shipping to US

Please allow 1-2 days for processing the orders.

Standard shipping takes 3-8 business days after the order is processed.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $70 (not including promotions or discounts).  

 

Changes to Order

Once an order is placed we cannot add, remove or change any items in the order. 

Please triple check all shipping details listed are correct prior to completing your order. Once the order has left our warehouse we are unable to make any changes to this. If you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email herbands@hotmail.com and notify us immediately. We can correct the address before the order shipped.

 

Cancellations

Please be mindful that Herbands currently does not accept any cancellations of orders.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Herbands assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out out any replacement packages or refund these orders. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you have not received your package or cannot locate it. We can also assist you to get you in touch with the carrier if you need. 

Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to sender for various reasons such as an incorrect shipping address or several failed delivery attempts. If your order is Returned to Sender, we will charge an additional shipping fee to send a replacement package or we can refund the order minus a $8 restocking fee. The original shipping amount is not refundable.
